The Commercify Platform

Take Innovations to Market: Tools, Guides and Services

Commercify is early. There is no logged-in product yet. What exists today is a set of free tools for commercializing new technology, a library of guides and research, and done-for-you GTM engineering for B2B SaaS teams. This page lists all of it, and marks what is still only planned.

Free tools

No account needed. The strategy generator uses Claude to write its report; the rest are calculators, assessments and guides that run on the inputs you give them.

GTM engineering services

For B2B SaaS founders and revenue leaders, Commercify offers done-for-you GTM engineering: building the systems that find the right accounts, reach them at the right time and measure what turns into pipeline. Typical pieces of work are an ICP and scored account list, an enrichment waterfall and data hygiene, signal-based outbound plays, inbound routing and speed to lead, and pipeline and CAC reporting.

Engagements are scoped one at a time and there are no published prices. We are taking names on a waitlist. The GTM engineering guide explains the discipline in detail whether or not you work with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a Commercify app I can log in to?

Not yet. Commercify is at an early stage and has no accounts, dashboards or saved workspaces. Everything listed under free tools on this page works in your browser without signing up. The strategy generator asks for your name and email so it can send you the report.

Which tool should I start with?

If you have a technology and are deciding what to do with it, start with the TRL assessment to place it honestly, then run the AI GTM Strategy Generator for a written first strategy. If you already sell a B2B SaaS product and want more pipeline, start with the GTM engineering guide.

What are the GTM engineering services?

Done-for-you work for B2B SaaS founders and revenue leaders: an ICP and scored account list, enrichment and data hygiene, signal-based outbound plays, inbound routing, and pipeline and CAC reporting. Each engagement is scoped individually and there are no published prices. It is currently a waitlist.

What does "Planned" mean on this page?

It means we would like to build it and it does not exist today. Planned pages explain the topic and point to the closest free tool, but there is no release date and no feature on them should be read as available.
