Annual term, billed up front or quarterly net 30. We use an MSA + SOW format and accept standard redlines within two weeks of receipt.

Yes for Corporate Innovation engagements. For universities, we offer an MSA template designed around standard institutional procurement requirements.

SOC 2 Type II, SSO/SAML on all plans, data residency available on request, and we do not train models on customer data. Security questionnaire and pen-test reports available under NDA.
